HOW TO ORDER:
- Ensure you have used cartridges and resin for each exchange.
- Select your Spotless Water System and order a resin filter exchange.
- Receive filter cartridges filled with fresh resin and a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Return used cartridges and resin within 4 weeks using the pre-paid shipping label.
IMPORTANT:
- Only one Resin Exchange order per transaction.
- Do not combine Resin Exchange orders with other items.
- For smooth delivery, place non-Resin Exchange orders separately.
Note: This program is not available for Hawaii and Alaska due to increased shipping costs.
